Seated Chair massage is normally carried out on a specifically designed ergonomic chair. Although if required, treatments can also be provided at the desk.

On-site massage takes place fully clothed, and no oils or lotions are used.
Treatments can be tailored to last between 5-30 minutes. With the recommended duration being 15-20 minutes, they don't need to take any longer than a tea break!
To maximise the benefits, we recommend regular treatments, e.g. every other week, depending on the duration of the session.
However benefits are immediate, so even a one-off treatment can have a significant positive effect.
Corporate massage sessions can be arranged by the employer or employees, or even jointly.

Our rates structure is simple and flat: £45 for the first hour, then only £30 per hour for every additional hour!
Discounts may be available for regular bookings or multi-day events
